Yukita stared out the window; outside a group of young kids were playing a game of tag. One was trying to hide behind a tree while the others were using some old stone blocks as hiding places. Most of them wore darkened white robes while one wore a gold robe. This one appeared to be just observing, watching, the others as they played.

Sakura didn't say a word; mostly because she was still half asleep. It was evident by how she kept on rubbing her eyes and yawning. As they waited Yukita wondered just how this day would turn out. They'll be fitted with a robe, then I'll need to lecture them on safety protocals.... she thought before hearing the door behind her.

"You two ready?" she asked as the two boys approuched them.

Andy grinned- a smile which had seemed forgotten had now come back. That ever charming smile that had lit up the room, it had seemed the old Andy was back. "Yup!" He put an arm around Phineas who immediately stiffened. Andy hardly seemed to notice. "Ready when you are!"

Yukita nodded and lead the three of them out of the building and across the grounds. Along the way the group passed several fountains spewing water, petals floated in the water and kids and teenagers sat on the fountains stone tops and ran their hands through the water, some of them gave curtious nods to Yukita and the three who were with her, while the rest just seemed curious.

As they approuched the cafeteria the doors suddenly disappeared, revealing a vast interior. The floors were polished granite that shined when the sun hit it, casting more light further into the room. Several salad bars dotted the room and were within walking distance of the center, which was a massive counter that had various other foods displayed.

"Wow..." Sakura said, she was astonished, no, shocked at the magnificence of the room. Curtains were drapped over the windows on the eastern side of the room while chandiliers that looked to be made out of either gold or silver hung from the ceiling. The cafeteria was a bustle of activity as kids and teenagers went about getting themselves something to eat, one thing Sakura noticed however was that every darkened white robed group of students always had either a gold robed or a red robed student with them.

"Whoaa..." breathed Andy, as he continued to drag an unresponsive Phineas around to get some food. Phineas merely got a glass of juice and a piece of toast. Andy, seeming to have a bigger appetite, grabbed just about everything that appealed to him. They both sat down, Andy, looking at eating at the same time, trying to get as much of the room as possible. Phineas, just glanced around once, and began eating.

Sakura had grabbed herself several peices of toast and a couple peices of fruit along with a glass of juice and milk. As she sat down at the table the doors on the far end of the room, opposite of where they had come in, disappeared and Rin and Anise walked in, accompanied by Ranmaru.

"Sakura!" Anise shouted when her eyes set upon the young girl. The twins ran up to the table and smiled at the group, "nice to see you again, been awhile," Anise said to Sakura. Sakura smiled, "it has, how are you?"

"I'm fine!" Anise chirped and looked at Rin. Rin smiled at her, "nice to see you again Andy, Phineas, Sakura," she said and looked at each of them. "Anise, Rin, you two go ahead and take a seat, is there anything you want?" Ranmaru asked. The twins looked toward the salad bar, which also had fruit on it. "A couple apples and oranges please and a glass of milk," the twins told her.

Ranmaru nodded and left to get their food and drink. As she walked away RIn looked over at Phineas, "what's wrong?" she asked, sensing an odd aura about the boy.

Andy beamed when he saw Anise and greeted her with a cheerful 'hello' he saw Rin go up to Phineas and thanked whatever up there- Rin would possibly be the only one to get through to Phineas.

Phineas's hand shook as he reached for another Vicodin. "Nothing's wrong. Everything's fine." He took the pill and downed it with his orange juice.

Rin's eye brow twitched at Phineas's tone. "Could've fooled me," she said and looked away from him. "What about you Andy? How are you doing?"

Andy grinned at Rin. "Great, actually. Excited. Can't wait till we get to learn howta use our powers and whatnot. I'm still rather curious about our...uniform fitting..."

Phineas slowly got up and grabbed his cane as he limped over to throw his stuff away.

Andy glanced over at Phineas, as a worried look came over his face. "Erm.." he said, losing his train of thought, "yeah...Can't wait."

Rin continued to watch Phineas. What is wrong with him.... she wondered as Ranmaru placed a plate of food down on the table, along with a glass of milk and juice for Anise and Rin. "Enjoy," she said to them and sat down and picked an apple and bit into it.

Anise took an orange and peeled it, then bit into it. Rin took an apple and also bit into it, turning her gaze slightly away and at a group of young females who where sitting at a table eating something she didn't recognize.

As Phineas threw his trash away, he lost his balance slightly and tripped. He managed to regain his balance, but a jolt of pain went through him. He closed his eyes and murmured, "Damn." He took another pill- this time just dry swallowing it, and almost immediately, that helped. He carefully went back to the table and sat back down.

Andy had seen all this, and his expression grew even the more worriedsome. But he dared not ask Finny...Andy knew if he asked, he'd get his head bitten off.

As Rin and Anise ate, Ranmaru had kept her eye on Phineas and had noticed what he had done. She made a mental note to mention it to the Elder when they got to the orientation class.

"Umm.. excuse me," a young girls voice said. Ranmaru blinked and looked over at a group of whtie robed students. "Yuri, how are you?" Ranmaru asked.

Yuri, the youngest of the group, smiled. "I'm doing fine Ranmaru-senpai, can I ask you something?"

"Sure," Ranmaru said and turned toward the four girls.

"Do you know what we are doing ok? We were told by our senseies that we had this morning off until the afternoon when we have our magi class," Yuri said.

Ranmaru nodded. "Today the Elder decided to give the first year's a break from morning class, but after lunch you'll have your magi class," she told them. Yuri nodded and thanked her before running off with her fellow white robed students.

Phineas leaned back in his chair, his thoughts far off. He was trying to focus on anything but his leg.

Andy coughed slightly. "Phineas..." There was no reply from him. Andy was not to be dettered. "Phineas."

Phineas slowly glanced at Andy.

"Are you...are you okay?"

"Fine."

"Okay..." Andy's usual cheerful demeanor had slightly dampened to Phineas's not exactly truthful answer.

As Rin and Anise finished off the plate of fruit a bell suddenly rang through the cafeteria and the grounds. "Morning roll-call," Ranmaru said, "you won't have to worry about that until tomorrow morning."

"I'll be just outside that door," Ranmaru said and pointed toward the western door. "When your done eating just meet me out there ok?" she asked and got a chorus of 'yes ma'am' from Rin, Anise and Sakura along with Yukita.

Phineas and Andy stood up first and walked a long until they reached the door. They stood quietly side by side, each in their own thoughts.

Anise and Rin followed the boys after putting their trash away, then Yukita and Sakura joined them a minute later. Outside the weather had grown some-what nasty as dark clouds covered the sky. "Seem's the Elders decided on rain," Ranmaru said as she snapped her fingers, a translucent barrier suddenly appeared above her. As Anise and Rin walked out of the building a barrier appeared above them as well.

When the boy's came out they to had barriers above them, blocking the light rain that was starting to fall. "So, you ready?" Ranmaru asked them as she crossed her arms over her chest.

Andy, his energy regained replied quickly, "Yup yup!" He said enthusiastically, as he got the hair away from his face again. All they got from Phineas was a quick nod.

Ranmaru nodded and lead the group down a similiar path as the one Yukita had brought them on from the building they had been staying in for the night. The building they were headed toward looked like any typical school building, each floor had about ten long windows, denoting at least ten classrooms per floor.

She brought the group into the main lobby; the lobby was decorated with various flower vase's and plants. The walls were painted bright white and pictures were hung from the walls, they looked to be cruddly made. "In here," Ranmaru said as she opened the door into a semi-large classroom. Inside there was eight tables, each had two chairs behind them. "Take a seat please whlie we wait on the Elder," she said.

Yukita just walked over to the far wall and leaned up against it, while Anise and Rin took a seat at the nearest the door. Sakura sat on a chair at another table to the right of the one Anise and Rin were sitting at.

Andy took a seat next to Sakura, while Phineas sat at a table by himself. He was perfectly alright with that. He shifted his 'bum' leg to the side, as if to be hidden from view. There was an electric tenseness in the room as they waited.

Yukita looked up and at Ranmaru. Ma'am, haven't you noticed something odd about that boy? Yukita said telepathically.

Yes... I plan on telling the Elder via telepathy when he comes in, Ranmaru glanced over at Phineas.

Good.. because I can already tell his current state will make some of our students feel uncomfortable, Yukita didn't look at Phineas and instead kept one eye on the clock that was over the door.

Phineas's head was throbbing. He wanted to take another of his pain-killers, but decided against it. He had already had at least three. He had forgotten how many by now he had taken. He just clenched his hands underneath the table and closed his eyes.

Andy kept glancing around the empty, yet magnificient room.
