Lomachislots War - Lost Childhood (Original) ~
Kasawa Lanford:
Yoko didn't say a word, but instead, followed him as he made his way slowly. Along the path they took it was very quiet, an errie feeling to Yoko and one she had only felt two times before. Once was shortly before they had founded the academy, and another was when the academy was attacked long ago and many kids had been murdered in the process.
As they approuched, Yoko had spotted two mages, both of which where of high school rank compared to Phineas and the others. They looked at Yoko and didn't say a word, instead dropping the barrier that was in front of the door, and thus perventing any unauthorized persons from entering. "He's in room 4," one of the two mages said, taking a guess as to why Phineas was there.
Director of Music:
Phineas didn't even look at the mages, merely gave them a curt nod as he tried to speed up his irregular gait. His eyes were firmly set to his destination in mind.
1....2.....3....
Room four looked unsettlingly empty as Phineas paused for possibly a millisecond. He slowly grabbed the doorknob and turned it, his heart beating ferociously against his chest. As he walked in, there was a bed by the window, and a motionless form stood there. Phineas had to hold back the bile that was already coming to his throat as he joltingly made his way to the bedside.
There Andy lay, the shocked expression still etched upon his handsome features. His eyes open, while his hands hung uselessly against his sides. There was a sheet that was covering Andy up to his neck, so the gauge was not seen. Phineas sorely wished that Andy had his eyes close, at least that way, maybe he could just...just pretend that Andy was sleeping.
But that was nonsense. He had to try and stick with reality here. He couldn't let imaginary ideal grab a hold of him. He had prided himself as being a guy of science. Simply put, Andy was...
And yet, Phineas couldn't even bring himself to say it, not even to himself, not even through his mind. He started trembling unconciously, his hold on the cane so tight, it made his knuckles turn white.
Those guys would pay, Phineas thought. He himself would track all of them down and kill them slowly one by one. Vengeance was going to be served. They would not get away with killing off his best friend.
Kasawa Lanford:
Yoko didn't go in with Phineas, she had this happen in the past and was used to it; though she often times wished she wasn't. The room was a pale white with just Phineas and Andy's lifeless form, or what appeared to be his lifeless form. Yoko could tell that the boy was still alive, clinging to what little life he still had left. Though his expression hadn't changed, that was due to something 'else' that had been done to him, Yoko could just barely feel the work of sinister magic behind it.
And yet, she didn't tell Phineas that when the boy had gone into the room, more so because she knew he would rather be with his friend. As she watched him, she also heard the Elder in her mind tell her what they planned on doing and also that when Andy finally passed away, they would hold a funeral for the young boy. She knew also, that whoever did this couldn't have done it alone - seeing how the wards that protected the school also prevented anyone from entering the campus who weren't allowed.
Meaning... Meaning his attackers had help from the inside... she thought and growled.
Director of Music:
Phineas didn't want to move from his spot. He didn't want to leave, but in someway he had come to terms with it. In a very hoarse voice in which he didn't recognize, he said, "When are...we...when am I...when are we going to...to...bury him?" He asked, not turning around.
Kasawa Lanford:
Yoko blinked and walked a short distance into the room, but she didn't stare at him, merely at Andy. "Three days from now," she told him and then walked up to Andy. "Until that time though, you should try and rest, let your body recuperate from this event," she said and sighed. "Let your soul travel to the next word, where you may begin a new life - and find the happiness you so deserve," she said in a silent, nearly inaudible, tone.
