Raws anyone?

      I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I looked through the old threads and didn't find one pertaining to this predicament. (Whoo, big words!)

Now, I am fully aware that after an anime is licensed, distrusting FANSUBS is illegal. I see no reason for the raws to be illegal though.

I am asking two things, First, are raws illegal to download?

ONLY AFTER THIS IS ANSWERED WITH A NO: I am interested in a site offering full first and second season raws.

I appreciate the help!
