I'm not sure if they are, I just heard some people said they are.
many people are un happy with the director choice, or was it the script writer?

The voice actors for the Tsubasa Chronicle movie and the xxxHolic movie are going to be the same as the TV series.  Please check your sources before you start posting on a board.  That's how rumors get started :)
