Would you buy it? I would, I'm an old fan since like forever. It was one of my first animes, and I would love to see it come back with new voice actors, true to the anime story, un-cut. I think it would sell.

Even better news, DELRAY MANGA, might get Sailor Moon Manga, I would so buy it ,even if I already have the *shudder* Tokyo POP's cheap copy/past/translation and everything in between.

the manga would be grate!! 100% authentic. and im wishing someoe would take the Sailor V manga too, since its the prequel of it!! Naoko Takeuchi even went and edited sailor v to sew up continuity erros between the 2!

Yeah, Sailor V would be cool, I wonder if they would have the Sailor Moon Extra comics on the side. You know, the one where Chibusa has a little sister...I hope you know what I'm talking about.

sadly no. the only SM manga i have are the ones by tokyo pop and chixx comixx., and not that many either, because the manga is nei impossible to buy. tho i DID dlownload fan-scans of Sailor V, i didnt get past half way thru vol 2. i had alot of thing to do, and it just dropped own on my TBR list v_v

Yeah, all of tokyo pop's manga of sailor moon is out of print, and hard to find, sometimes even expensive.....

Now, if Delray gets sailor moon, I wonder if they will use the New Cover Ver. that came out in 06 over in Japan. I will look for the scans later on and post them.

As embarassing as it is for me to confess, this was one of the anime's that interested me back then. Problem - we had a whiny main character who did more crying than any other anime character to dat (.... hmm... except perhaps what-her-name in Stellvia)

If they do get the license and bring in new actors, I may just grab it again. I have only the movies which I got from a friend of mine who knew I enjoyed the series (and another friend who I often tormented with the movies in order to get him to shut up about certain, personel, things )

But, if Delray does get it, then the translations will indeed be better

I'd look at a series with new voice actors. ADV did that recently with the 1972 series Gatchaman and it turned out great.

I agree if Del Ray Manga did the SM series they will do it the way it should have been done. No ill will toward TOKYOPOP when they did the original series but it was a different time and manga was still more an experiment than the powerhouse it is in America today.

I really hope Del Ray Manga gets it! I disliked how they didn't use their actual names in TOKYOPOP...

well sailoor moon was of an earlier generation of mangas. from the 1990s... before the high demand of genuinness. they atleast kept Bunny's nicknames, and even tho DiC and genion fully translated Endymions name (ugh, he's not king of the whole earth, thats just what endymion means XP) Tokyo pop kept his name in the japanese form. even Evil prince Dariens name was kept in otaku-ness
