New Insane Admin!

As some of you have noticed; you all have a new administrator on this board. That person being me, much like my job as a Global Moderator, I promise to do equally, if not better, as an admin.

I may be looking into someone to take the open Global Mod spot; but as of this point it will remain vacant.

Also, as some people already know, registration now requires admin approval.
