No Third Season?Chibi Yuuto has posted an update with speculation that there will be no third season of Tsubasa. This could very likely be the case though I think it's strange that:1) When the first season was airing it was announced that Bee Train was contracted to animate three seasons. People have been saying there will be no third season because the second was announced while the first season was airing and that the third season hasn't been announced and the second season has finished. Well... that would make sense except for the fact that the third season was already announced when the second season was.2) If they aren't making a third season due to ratings or lack of sales... why did NHK jump straight into season two reruns as soon as season two ended? Surely they would take it off and air something else.However:1) CY says that the fourth cd was billed as the completion of a work (thought that could refer to season two and not the series as a whole).2) There was no box made for the second season DVDs like there was for the first season.3) CLAMP seems to have given up on any involvement with the series and instead focused on the xxxHolic series drawing box covers and DVD commentaries while going Tsubasa jack all.Time will tell I guess, though I think a third season will come (right now that is).Stay tuned for more.
