CLAMP's Famous Works > Cardcaptor Sakura

The first movie's name...

<< < (8/10) > >>

Ruby Chan:
Dunno, but they changed all the dub voices.

Arcademan:
The English dub to me was much better in the second movie than the first one, which used the voice actors from the Cardcaptors series. Though the scenes weren't changed, the meanings in many of the scenes were most definitely different than the Japanese counterpart.

The official name of the first movie is "Cardcaptor Sakura: The Movie"

Syaokura:
Yeah. Cardcaptor Sakura: The Movie. Plain and simple. Anyways, I liked it because of Sakura and the gang going to Hong Kong, seeing Madoushi (the evil sorceress who loved Clow Reed), and Syaoran's family. Oh, and did I mention the mystery? Yeah. x3

The second movie is actually longer than the first movie.  The first movie was about 81 min. long while the second movie is 82 min. and combined with the Leave It To Kero-chan mini-movie, that makes the total length of it 92 min.  And the second movie dub has different VAs becuase it was dubbed uncut by a different company from Nelbaka and they wanted to give CCS fans a chance to see what an uncut dub could've been like.

Arcademan:
Nelbaka =  :laughing4: :laughing4: :laughing4:
