Okay, we know that in almost every anime or manga someone HAS to crossdress, so lets list all the guys (or girls) from Anime and Manga that have been made to, or voluntarally crossdressed.

I'll start with the obvious:
Syaoran (in the play in ccs)

Nuriko in Fushigi Yuugi - crossdressed for most of his life in honor of his late sister.
Tamahome, Tasuki, and Chichiri also had to crossdress at one point. Wait... and so did Hotohori. Guess all the FY boys have been in dresses...

Meguro from Tokyo Mew Mew a la mode wears a girl's uniform to sneak into an all-girls school.

If we're talking girls.....

Haruka from Sailor Moon wears boys clothes and is often mistaken for a boy. The heroines of Girl Got Game and Hana Kimi also disguise themselves as boys.

I wonder why crossdressing is so popular. ^^;;;; Perhaps because Asians can tend to be more androgynous and can pull it off more easily?? Seeing Western people crossdress usually scares me, but seeing it in, for example, Japanese visual kei bands, I think it looks kinda cool. ^^;; And of course anime characters can get away with it and look absolutely awesome.

I think so. Yuki sure looks like he's wearing a dress when they show Shi-san talking about it.

Yeah, you would absolutely think he WAS a girl if you didn't know!

They don't wear dresses though.
Touya is the Hatter. Eriol is the Cheshire cat. Yuki/Yue are shown with bunny ears.
Syaoran is Tweedle Dee/Tweedle Dum. I LOVE THAT EPISODE!

I want to see Watanuki.
Poor Watanuki. I don't think he'd enjoy that very much.
Maybe that's why it would be so funny.

I voted for Yuki from fruits basket and Ayame.
Ayame is the King er Queen? of the crossdressers in my opinion.

How could anyone forget Utena?! She's the Queen of crossdressing and Nuriko from Fushigi Yuugi could be the King! Or would it be opposite in this case? ^^;; There was also an episode of Tenchi Universe where Tenchi had to crossdress in order to sneak past the guards. And Gene Starwind had to crossdress to enter a wrestling match in Outlaw Star. Also, in the Sailor Moon manga, the Starlights crossdressed as a boy band, although the anime changed it so that they could switch genders when they transformed and there's also Fisheye from the Supers season.

Hmm.. I don't know if Utena ever really crossdressed as in making herself look like a boy. She did wear an altered boy's uniform (but was still obviously a girl), and tried to become a 'prince'. I guess I see it as more of a whole 'gender-role reversal' type thing, than crossdressing by my definition. Of course, it doesn't make her any less cool.

You've counted toya in cinderella and syaoran in sleeping beauty but I think you missed yamazaki again in sleeping beauty. (he was the queen, syaoran's mother). And there were those unimportant characters in the cinderella.

Yamazaki played the evil witch in the manga version but in the anime he was the queen. Meilin played the witch in the anime. Shuichi also crossdresses in a sailor uniform in an episode of Gravitation. "I even changed my underwear for you, Yuki!" ^^;;

Slightly off topic here...who else wants to see Kurogane in a dress?

I guess you could call some of the minor characters from Inuyasha cross dressers too.....some of the 1 episode characters look very cross-dressy.

Then Kuro-chi could chase Fai around while wearing his dress and waving his sword! Fai would probably laugh so hard that he'd trip and fall down.
