But the thing is the Tsubasa Sakura is still speaking like a 10 year old! I'm guessing the Tsubasa Sakura is around 15-17. If the voice was dramatically different like, say, a real teenager voice, then this would be a strange argument.

I did some research & it seems that Yui Makino was a stage actress before she was a seiyuu. That might be part of the reason some of you feel she can't act that well. She's a teenage stage actress. On top of that she's worked with Yoko Kanna like Maaya Sakamoto.

I kinda agree that Yui Makino will be able to sing really well. (Heard she's going to sing for the movie? @.@) But I really liked Tange Sakura's voice... When she sings, I can really imagine Sakura singing. I don't think her singing range is limited. Have you ever heard 'Release my heart'? I thought she sang really well there.

Yui Makino sings Omna Magni from Sousei no Aquarion. Really cute song with lots of Latin.
