the online "thing" is very good for the Final Fantasy series, it suits it a lot. the Only thing that is the let down is that you have to Pay a monthly fee. and that is a Lot of Money. thats the Only problem i see.
i played it at the EGN Convention and it was great fun to play.

plot's almost pointless though
the game follows a set pattern essentially

I'm dreading the next 2 lvls tbh
when I have to do about 5 seriously hard and time consuming things just so I can get to 61

i'm half way to leaving the game. but's it's very fun because everyone's a real person ^^
You like this forum? try having that follow you around while your playing ff7, and EVERYONE can relate. it's great fun.
the fee is miniscule tbh. only £7 for me. it's like one less take out in a month

it's actually $15 american, but when I pay with £ sterling, it's only about 7

it's just that the pound is worth about twice as much as the dollar, and to me that's not that much every month.
Last time I was in America I spent a brick load of money but got sooooooo much out of it.

yes i know more about currency changes than most people actually.
but i said last time i checked it was Fifteen Pounds, not American Dollars.

and then £7 is STILL too much money to spend a month on a service for a game.

Nah, not really. If you play it 30 hours a month, then it is a mere $0.50 per hour.

And though I don't know much about prices in England or whatever, £15 is insane. Honestly, I'd doubt that was ever the price for one month.

ALLLL the best stuff doesn't happen till you get to lvl 75. I've had it for nearly a year now and I'm stuck at aorund lvl 59. The job I choose isn't a popular one so it's hard to lvl. Even when I get to lvl 75, I may never get to go on the more interesting excursions.

well you just went and proved yourself. why buy a game you have to spend like £84 to only get halfway.
and i buy games to have fun playing them and i can't see me playing another MMORPG taking me months of paying to not bother finishing.

only reason I'm considering leaving is cause just about everyone I knew has left too.
just today about 2hrs ago, my best online friend quit too. He says to meet him in counter strike, but I doubt I'll ever see him again.

counter strike is awesome !! i wish i had that game, i don't know which one to get since there are different versions.

but if they take the charge off then i would play.

Ever hear of Gil Sellers? I wont get into the details but they essentially ruin the game for a lot of ppl and get in everyones way...

And I've got CS source which is okay. not as many maps though...as the CS that comes with Half Life 1

yea i've not heard of him, but i know that there are loads of hacks on every kind of FPS online games,
(i met loads when i played Halo Online on my PC)
