Washington state, but not the Seattle side, which is the side with all of the rain and mountains and evergreens, and is what you see in books and on postcards. I live on the cold, dry, weed covered side. Where it'll rain really hard for one week in the middle of winter, and then it's dry for most of the rest of the time. Sagebrush, allergies, and Nuclear power plants. Oh joy.

Pretty much, the pathetic side of the state.
