Poll

Believe in love at first sight?

You bet! I met this guy today  .. I'm already planning our wedding!
Sure. It could happen.
I'm not too sure. You never know, though.
Naaah. Sounds too much like a cruddy romance novel.
Pssh, you HAVE to know the person to be in love. That's just silly.
No comment. To each their own.

Ha... I'm  11 turning 12 this year :) And I have friends who say they're madly "in love" with their "boyfriend(s)". I usually just shake my head or laugh at them. I always tell them that we're wayy too young and they're thinking about boyfriends already? Give me a break! (Besides, I don't know why they would even "go out" with the boys in my class. They s**k.

Hehe, I don't have any brothers to tell me they're going to beat up any guy I liked. And I don't think my sisters would do anything. But my parents said they would get mad if I had a steady boyfriend before I finish University and get a job >_<. I think she needs to say this again because half of my sisters already have boyfriends (one of them has a boyfriend that she's been with for two years and still hasn't told my parents >_<). They say that they won't tell because they're afraid it's going to get serious (like marriage). Huh.

My cousin's brother james said he would hunt down any boyfriend of my cousin's down with his "group". We laughed at that. But once my cousin brought her guy friend to her house and her brother was there. When she left to bring him to the bus stop (he didn't know where it was), her brother came and started asking me all these questions about my cousin's guy friend.

When my cousin came back she told her brother that she was going to go make out with the guy (even though he was only a friend) on his bed (sarcastically and jokingly) and she's going to let him touch the playstation 2 and stuff. It was pretty darn hilarious. My cousin's brother said if that ever happened, he would burn the house. Ha.

Hahaha that reminds me of a funny story! My friend Joseph was coming over to my house for a project and once my grandma saw him on the front steps she chased him away from the house. XD Good thing he only lived a few houses down.

Hmmm...I have a friend who believes she is in love, when OBVIOUSLY she is in an abusive relationship. He only uses her and makes her do whatever he says. He always threatens their relationship to keep her there. Whenever I tell her she just argues back. -_- I guess you just can't talk sense into these kind of people.

I remember when I had my ex (when we were still dating) at my house with some other friends, watching some movies, and him and I were sitting on the couch together (his arm around my shoulder, etc, etc). My dad came home from work and walked into the living room and took one look at us and he was like, "Who the hell is this?" So I introduced him, and my dad turned to him and he was like, "Well, are you a gentleman?"
I was like, "...oh...dear....god." Luckily, my mom came in and shooed him out of the room, but of course stopped to wink at Shane.
Again, "oh...dear...god." But Shane found it funny.
And of course, ever since then my dad has been giving me those uncomfortable, "Men only want one thing" speeches.
This is why I hate being the only daughter. He doesn't spread around the overprotectiveness. Bah!

Hehe my dad doesn't really seem to talk about that stuff to me and my sisters. Maybe he feels awakward. Me and two of my sisters don't need the speech. As far as I know, we've been single all our life. Now the other two -- I'm pretty sure my parents know about one of my sister and the relationship she's had with this guy for two years. When I get really angry at her, I am tempted to go tell my mom that she's had a relationship with the guy and make my mom confront my sister. Other times I feel really badly of myself for thinking that because she acts nice. But I probably don't have the courage to tell my mom my sister's secrets.

Hahaha that reminds me of a funny story! My friend Joseph was coming over to my house for a project and once my grandma saw him on the front steps she chased him away from the house. XD Good thing he only lived a few houses down.

Hehe when my cousin's guy friend was there (and we were all in the basement), my cousin's mom wouldn't let me go upstairs or leave the two of them! She thinks they were going to do something. Everytime I went upstairs to go get a drink or something she says, "Kim! Don't leave Nikki and that boy alone together!" It was really funny.

Yeah, sometimes people can't let go of something bad. Like my cousin from above (Nikki), has done something really bad (let's just say it was deliberate damage to herself physically beccause of emotional problems). Even though I try to counsel her and stop her from doing it. She always tells me she's stopped, but I can tell she's always wanting to do it or she has done it, even though she's told me she's stopped. *Sigh* It's hard.

My guy friend came over to my house to help with my project once. We were supposed to be building a bird house. The klutz that I am, I hit my hand with a hammer. My friend had just took it and inspected it when my brother came home. He was like "What are you doing and get away from my sister!"

Ever since then he had a grudge with the poor guy.

hahaha your mother winked at your ex?

I wish I had a sister. Having a brother is kinda irritating at times--and mine was the one sole reason that Im a tomboy in the first place. o_o"

I have 2 brothers and 1 sister.
My older brother was very protective especially when he could see me "growing up" XD
I was talking to this guy once and he gave them those "I'm watching you" fingers to eyes thing.

I kinda feel sorry for my little brother. I think I turned him into a sissy. He gets scared really easily and I always use that to my advantage. *I'm so evil*

My older sis is way cool....it's just like in the movies where you borrow their clothes and make-up and stuff. lol

^ Lol, your brothers will grow out of those habits sooner or later.

I wish I had a sister... but then again, I think about if I had an older one, does that mean she would still be bossy like my current brother? Oh dear lord, no! THen there's a little sister... who constantly needs attention, pampering, etc. o_O....

My brother actually gave up on my personal life awhile back. Thank goodness but he's still an idiot -_- he controls my actions in this house! I'm like his freakin' maid! I told my mother about this a few years back, yeah they talked but he never really stopped the habit. LOL. That just proves how lazy he is. -_- And how I will one day get him back!! *laughs like crazy* and it doesnt help when my cousins come over.... oh no. o_O

Lol.
I'm kind of controlling with my little brother.
I'll ask him to give me "this" or "that" and if he doesn't I do the whole "I'm older you need to obey me" thing.
I've gotten much nicer though, since I'm so emotional and I always feel sorry for him. T_T
Woah, now that I'm thinking about it, I don't ever think I've told my brother that I love him. o.O

I don't really know any of my cousins. I'm not really close with distant relatives.
I wish I were though. I would be so cool to have a cousin, esspecially the ones that go to school with you.

Whoa... everyone wants sisters!!!??? Hey, I have 4 (like Syaoran :))! Enough for everyone! :D

Sometimes my sisters are wayy too much to handle, though. They can drive you nuts, but provide wise advice and give you helpful hints about teachers (that they've had) in your new school and stuff.

But some of the time they make you want to say the rudest things to them and scream and pull your hair out. Sometimes they even make you feel like the worst person in the world, and make you cry and feel like dying and stuff.

I know my sisters drive me nuts when:

One of them leaves their wet towels (they used to dry their hair) on my bed.
One of them leaves the phone on the bed OR they won't let me in my room for hours because they're talking on the phone.
One of them leaves their dirty clothes on my bed OR leaves them on the ground.
One of them takes things without my permission.
They ignore me like I'm not there and ignore any questions I have and pay more attention to The O.C.
They make me put away all the groceries without any of their help.
They talk like they're superior.

I could go on forever, but I'm probably boring you as we speak. Sisters are okay if you have only two of them... BUT FOUR!? What were my parents thinking... T_T

I don't want a brother, because I have a little cousin who comes here every day and together, with him and my sister, they cause an automatic explosion and is louder than a rock concert. I have an older cousin who is pretty damn great, he plays the guitar, skateboards, writes lyrics with his band, and, uh, pretty much great. But when he and his sister are together... INSTANT FUN!! Hehe. I don't know where I'm going here... I'm such a weird person *sighs*... I even forgot what the purpose of this reply was... damn.
