I always make sure to do that. And yes, only one week. I'll hang in there. I've been through worse.

When you suddenly get grumpy, hot, want to kill all men off of the face of the earth, and wake up with blood on your underwear. That's when you'll know. And sorry for scaring you babypigggy-chan, but it's better to know now and prepare for it, than wait for it to come and be clueless. I had to learn the hard way. @_@

When I first got my period, I totally ignored it. I mistakened it for normal discharge >_< But then it got really uncomfortable, so I went to the bathroom to check, and there was blood! I wasn't at all freaked, just a little like, "oh. This it what happens and what it feels like?" Don't worry babypigggy-chan. When it comes, it comes, just be prepared for it

But I HATED cleaning the blood out of my underwear! It gets EXTREMELY annoying! ANd it's even worse for me because I leak quite often. So I usually have a pile (well, not a pile) of underwear soaking in a basin filled with water at the end of a week every month. Sometimes I get REALLY lazy, so I leave it, and then my sister gets mad at me (she does the laundry). It's embarassing and not at all good, so I don't do it that often.

*agrees with moezy-chan* My mom told me some about it, but she didn't tell me about the "blood" part... So when I first got mine, I was kinda freaked... But I brought pads even before I started having periods (since I was 10), just in case... babypiggy-chan, it's not the worse thing in the world....

it's not the best thing, either... Also, another sign is serious cramps, along with the mood swings... Then, again, my mom claimed I had those symptoms since I was 10... yet, I didn't start my period till I was 13, almost 14....Â

The first time I had mine, was really odd. I woke up in the middle of the night because I had to go to the washroom. Then I notice it. I was really scared. So, I found a pad, put it on, and went back to bed. Then I went to school. I change my pad there, and when I got home it stop. So, months later, I got it again. for only 2 days. Then 3 months later, I got it again, for only a day. If you are wondering, I though it was really odd, so I put a red dot on my calendar when I got it.

So, now, years later. I don't get mine every month, and when I do get it, its only for 2-4 days. My longest one, was for 6 days. I never got cramps or anything. I started when I 14.

Don't worry babypigggy, its different for all of us. It might not be that bad for you. You are just going to have to wait. Some days, you wish the whole world will die, and other days, your fine. It also depends how your family is with you. My brother piss me off, and lets say he is lucky to be alive.

No, I'm not grateful for it... I'm having it twice in a month and the usual rate for the pacing is about a week.. That's not good...

Only this month, I'm celebrating 'cause it didn't happen... It's a miracle ^^;

It's getting worse.

I think this is probably the heaviest period I've ever had!! It's also making me extremely sleepy. I slept in until noon today! I gotta stop that!

That kind of sucks. I never really had a heavy one. Some times I think I'm adopted. Because all of my family members (girls), mostly have heavly ones all the time. All but me. I aways get light ones.

Mm, possiblity, but I'm the only one in my family that has a chest. Everybody else is small chested while mine is way too big. I hate that.

They always hurt whenever I'm on my period.

Ya that is the one of the things I hate. I have the biggest cheast in my family, but I'm also the smallest in size (weight & height). Its really odd.

The major problem with me missing my period especially after a long period of time, it comes back real HEAVY and it's a pain!

The first time I had my period was when I was 13 years old. I was at home, then suddenly it came to a surprise that I had blodd stains all over myself! My period didn't go away until after 2 weeks (phew! I thought it will last there forever), but after my first time it only takes about 4-5 days for it to go away when it starts.

two weeks o.O that kind of got ot suck. Even when its your first.

t-t-TWO WEEKS?! wow! im glad you could live with that long period! i bet many bloods has come out from you. my first time, it was for one week.. i was at school! and there were blood stains!!! at first i was confused on what it is and thought it was just a wet paint or something..

So that's why people were looking at me!!

I was pretty lucky I guess, I got mine at home one afternoon, there was blood on my undies, I didnt know what it was so I changed them and kinda shurgged it off. Then I realised *sigh*
I had a really long one once too, 2 weeks or so. Naturally it was when I was on camp too. >.> the way things work.....

That happen to me once. I was so scared. But lucky for me, I found it when it was really small. Lucky for me, I was wearing dark clothing >_> it didn't show as much. But I was so scared. I couldn't wait to come home.
