eh, off topic...
Recently, I have been waking up and getting a leg cramp all of a sudden. My mum said it was because I straightened my legs too fast, but I've taken care not to do that, but the cramps just won't stop bugging me. @.@ So.. any other suggestions on how to prevent leg cramps? :X Like, what kind of food will reduce the occurence of leg cramps and such. (Heard one of my friends say that isotonic drinks could help, but it doesn't seem to work for me. )
That happens to my brother alot too, even me. So far, I don't know any thing to stop it. I think my brother does, but I'll have to ask him later, since I'm in school, and he is in class and all
Aslo, this isn't really off topic, you need help, and we are here to help ^^ but sorry I can't really help. All I can tell you, is maybe add some more thing to your bed, ex. pillows, and put them on your leg. So, you don't move around as much. I did that for me, and I woke up with none. But, that is all I know what to do. Sorry I can't help that much
