Syao 2 tanjou!!(appears) I mean who else could it be? Those eyes? Those movement? Our Syaoran was trying not to hurt the guardian, Syaoran 2 just beat it up without mercy. Kurogane is sharp though, he quickly noticed that it wasn't our Syao. (In the frame where there is close up of Kurogane and Syao 2, Kurogane is saying "Who are you?" ) It seems like Sakura's appearance finally snapped our Syao to come back.... Syao 2's eyes though.. they sure are different than our Syaoran's....much... colder.... expresionless? Reminded me of Kurogane when he went temorarily insane after his mother was killed by FWR.

One wonders about the real purpose of the other Syaoran at times like these. Mokona cannot move on to the next world... Only when they get out of the library?

Anyway, Kathy, there was just a minor mistake I noted in your scanlations. Mokona says "Syaoran-kun, teate shinakya!" It doesn't mean "Syaoran-kun, you need to see a doctor." Mokona is using that same technique that Sakura used in Shurano country which is to touch that person's wounds in order for it to feel better. I forgot how to call it in English... @_@

thanks for informing me cherry tiger. i noticed that too after going to another site with a translation script. i'll fix it up a.s.a.p. Fixed it...

and yeah, i wonder what the purpose of the other syaoran is too... i believe that it's syaoran's past self, but why was he extracted?

Nah, I'm pretty sure that might be... Syaoran's dark side or something. Syaoran was never ever evil. Not once. And at that same time, you see this mysterious second Syaoran slumbering at Fei wong Reed's place. But I wonder what happened to that Syaoran when our Syaoran fought that monster....

this chapter it's great...and misterious! :hello2:
poor syao... :sad5:he seems other person...I think that somebody is using him to catch the feathers, it isn't? kurogane suspects about syao...
but he "wakes up" when he sees Sakura...maybe, fujitaka wanted syao met sakura cause he already know that hidden bad appearance...well, this is only a opinion. :wink:
furthermore, mokona cannot move to other world! it's very extrange! :surprised:
this story is getting more and mor interesting!!! :noteworthy:

Kyaaa! OMG that picture of Kuro at the beginning of the chapter was cuuuute! XD He was such cute little huggle puff in that picture! Cute little Kuro-muffin!!! *gets stabbed by Kuro* Ah..

Now, about the actual chapter, evil Syao Syao ish AWESOME!!!! It's funny, though, that he could fight that giant crazy monster but he couldn't stand a chance against Sakura's cuteness! XD She shoulda just marched up to that monster and smile that cute way she does and they would have got passed it in no time! XD

What's this? A post by Yuki without mentioning Fai? Ah, it looks like you spoke too soon! Cuz NOW I'm gonna talk about Fai. Did anyone see his thinking face on the 14th page or so? Could that have BEEN any cuter?!?! It was ADORABLE!!! And then a few pages later he said "Pyuu" again! How cute!!! I'm starting to miss "Hyuu", though.. *sniff*

Are you talking about the 'charm' that Sakura used for Syaoran's dream? That wasn't for healing wounds... unless you're talking about something else? o_O;;

No, not that one! ^^ It was before that, in book 9 I think. Syaoran came back all wounded and all, so Sakura touched his wounds softly and called it 'Teate', which is a technique Clow taught her, which is to touch the wound with full of emotions, in hopes that the emotions can somehow make the wounds seem lees.

Wasn't there a time when Syaoran sees his other half reaching out the mirror, trying to choke him?
Maybe that symbolizes the darker half invading his mind.
It doesn't make sense that Syaoran would turn to Kuro-chan and asks, "Who... are you?"
It reminds me of the time when Asura went on a murder spree and tells Ryu, "Unhand me! Naga-oh!"

It's expected that Mokona fails to create the magic circle. They are in a world where EVERYONE uses magic like Harry Potter or that creepy place with the teapots in Alice in the Wonderland. (I wanna go to a cafe where teapots and dishes fly around. That's fun!) <-But that's not the point. There must be layers after layers of barriers in the library to prevent intruders getting out by any mean possible, should the barriers fail to prevent the break-in in the first place.

LOL Hira-san, that was actually Kurorin asking the evil Syao Syao who he was, not the other way around!

But I do agree with your analysis of the symbolism in that scene.. You're right, it could symbolize the evil Syao Syao taking over the good Syao Syao...

This chappie is SO my new xanga banner... Duuude. and once more. DUDE! Syao-kun was just... le' gasp! I know it wasn't him, but still! Le' gasp! Usually when Syao 2 takes control, CLAMP inserts a pg or 2 of Fei Wong being maniacal, or of Syao 2 in the tube, but now... OH MAN!! Kurogane's going to talk to Fai about this later. I see it coming.

It was Kuro-chan who asked "Who.. are you?" to Syaoran. Not the other way around.

I don't think Kurogane will mention it to Syaoran himself. I think he would mention it to Fai, and they'd both ponder about it, and then the scene ends. (Ofcourse, the fangirls know that means Fai and Kurogane will forget about the matter and start making out. ^_~)

This evil Syao was extracted for a reason. Probably to protect people. We can see right here that evil Syao Syao can cause a lot of damage. But who extracted the evil Syao? How did Fei wong get his hands on him? And why was the good part of Syao dumped in Clow country?

I want to cosplay Scary-Syaoran this summer for a big convention but I don't know which colour his clothes there are! Is there a coloured pic or has someone an idea which colour they could have???

Wasn't there a picture of the two Syao Syaos together colored in the beginning of some chapter? It's somewhere in the late 80s or 90s I think...

Ooooh, LOL. So you just wanna do Syao Syao's LeCourt outfit? Hmm.. I guess you're right, then, there isn't a colored pic of it... But I think there is a pic where he's wearing something similar, and maybe you could take the colors from that pic and use the LeCourt design?
