Title: Help in removing page line

i found this on mintokyo and attempted to remove the middle line but failed.. anyone know how to?

In Photoshop?  Clone Stamp and a lot of patience.

oh.. am i supposed to use a ultra small clone stamp n cone the area beside the line?

You put your mouse on the area next to the line, hold down the alt key and click, and then click over the line and the area that you just clicked earlier will be painted there.  It's a lot of trial and error, really.  I'm self taught and I'm not that great at explaining, sorry. ^_^'
