Umm... it's a bit stupid, but I was wondering if the NHK here (Philippines) would show Tsubasa on saturdays, 6:30pm?

I got my cousin interested in TRC and she said she read somewhere that on filproducts (if anybody knows what I'm talking about....TT.TT) channel 52 NHK, they'd show TRC at 6:30pm.

No... The NHK in philippines is either  NHK- premium or NHK world.  It cater for overseas japanese viewer. 
TRC is on another channel which is NHK-education.  That is a local channel in japanese television.

However, If your cousin's cable TV has animax tell him/her to checked their schedule for Chronicles of the wings.  (TRC name in animax channel)
