Anyways, thank you for agreeing to do a request for me! Though I feel I have to add that I would be using it on another site (so I hope this is ok) I would give you a link for that site so that you could see for yourself, and also of course provide you with credit!

It is as follows:

I would like a banner, say 500x150 (or something close to that extent)

I would like these images to be used:

http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/3656/2411vb.jpg (Just Sakura)

http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/1937/1661nt.jpg (Just Sakura again)

-And I would also like it to say: "You know I worry for you.."

Its fine!  Just so you know, CapturedWings.net resizes anything with a width larger than 400 pixels, so do you still want it that big?  I'm getting right on it!
