Ooh... after finally getting all the tracks downloaded I can now say.... AWESOME! Of course, I knew that already, listening to the music in the episodes, but this soundtrack is really beautiful. Must burn CD to play in my car. ^^ I think my favorite tracks are:

Strange Games
Break the Sword of Justice
Dewdrops
Hear Our Prayer
I Talk to the Rain
A Song of Storm and Fire
Ruthless

I'm going to presume that since the Country of Clow is based on an eastern sort of nation, that the inspiration for a lot of the soundtrack came from Arabic music.
I'm not sure what the woman singing in Ship of Fools is saying, but I'm sure it's arabic...

soooo...
does anyone have any idea who this singer is? Cause if I could then I can google her and maybe find more songs like "Ship of Fools"

(ps just saw ep15, and Kurogane's outro was stupidly funny  :greengrin:

I believe the singer is Yuki Kajiura & I'm not sure but I think she might've made the Yoko Kanno move & made up her own language for the song since she did on the Madlax OST, which I highly recomend.

Sorry but Yuki Kajiura is definitely not the singer!
She write the music and the text from the songs but she never sing by herself!!!

I think I like the japanese version of Tsubasa better. I wish it was on the OST.  :(

I love all the Tsuabsa music. The opening and ending are great, I slightly favour Loop by maaya just beacuse her voice is so beautiful.

on the OST my favourite tracks so far are 'you are my love' , 'I talk to the rain' and 'song of storm and fire'

Anyone know the new japanese version of "Tsubasa" in episode 16, who's it by? I want to know who's it sang by. It's a really nice japanese version. It's cool how there made one in English and another in Japanese.

Yes I know. I guess it's the same person. It's just that I've heard that person sing other songs before. Just doesn't really song the same.
