I've heard of some... but they are all crappy, videotaped ones. I'd say wait for the DVD to come out in the Japan... and then it will be flooded.

FMA Movie will be in America when the tv show is over, as in the theater. Starts jumping up and down....
Well it's still a toss up, but Funimation is thinking about it.
Would you see FMA in the movie theaters?
I wonder what they would rate it here? PG13? Dare I say it..R?

Earlier in the year, Funi said they had no plan of licensing the FMA movie... and I haven't heard of them thinking of licensing it.... they eventually, will, I think, but I don't think they'll show it in theaters. It wasn't until 2003, was it? that US finally showed Miyazaki films (which are super famous) in theaters... the likelyhood of showing FMA movie in theater? Not much, especially since Funi didn't jump into licensing the movie right away (ignorant act.... don't they realize how much fans there are of FMA?)

I would, of course, love to see FMA moive in theater. FMA is one anime where I don't mind the English dub, it is well done, the best of any other dub I've seen anyway.

oh yeah, on Bearshare i found a download of 700 mb that had the name
"Full Metal Alchemist - the movie"....i was jumping with joy, downloaded it but it turned out to be a different movie.....the teme wo put that downloadjoke in Bearshare will feel my wrath!

ha ha, thats funny...Boy do I know what that is like, I'm still trying to find Weiss Kreuz OVA... The Movie for FMA Japanese release has English subtitles, but it will only work if you have a R2 DVD Player or a Universal one

I was held off the temptation for over half an year but I finally gave it and read the movie summary....

and now I want to see the movie even more! It was too sad.... but had funny moments too...

The same happened to me!!! i was trying to download the movie in bearshare and lets just say that what was there was just for adults. I feel so mad, i think many people was tricked too
