Since I read the X/1999 topic and seeing that there are lots of fans. I already made cards out of them!

I feel that if the cards will have its own block, they'll become too powerful to begin with. I've come with my own set, eventhough I cannot do pictures simply because I don't know where to upload MTG card templates.

Here as some mechanics I did:

Deathblow -- Whenever a creature with Deathblow deals combat damage to a creature, destroy that creature. It can't be regenerated.

I was thinking Kurogane would fit this one.

Amnesia -- You may play a card with Amnesia by the time that card would be removed from the game.

Since TRC is all about lost memories, I opted to create a mechanic which will remove memories (cards in the graveyard). Amnesia has its cost, once it's removed from the game, you may pay the cost to play it. But still I created fancards that doesn't allow cards to play this ability -- for balance's sake.

Still -- An ability for instants and sorceries. Spells with Still end their effect at the next player's end of turn.

Enough said. Something you can abuse.

I juz need someone who'll tell me where can I download MTG card templates.

Oh, I know about the cards are too powerful, not even the Power Nine or Tolarian Academy can compete. It's just fun to see what the cards can really do without restrictions.

I even did some reprints of the Power Nine.

Yuuko's Will - Time Walk
Flower of Memories - Black Lotus
Memories of a Life Worth Living - Timetwister

Amnesia is a cool version of Flashback.

Deathblow already exists. The effects are slightly different. Check out cards like The Abomination for instance.

Still is a nice revised of Unhinged's Staying Power.

Glad to see someone also making Magic cards.

Ralea - Oh, of course I can make them! I made other lands though.
