Thank you, Itzeen.
Meh. What's up with the clothes? We
get the "they're back from where they started" symbolism already, CLAMP! And poor R!Syaoran, always having to fill the role of the clone. It makes no sense for him of all people to get the default outfit back, unless it's solely for the reason of filling the plot hole that the (rapidly approaching?) tube scene otherwise would cause.
Pairing wars aside, Kurogane (or You-ou. Wtf. Totally doesn't fit him. Kurogane can't be "-ou".
) vowing to come back once again seemed more than a little anti-climactic to me. Maybe CLAMP are going somewhere special with this, but as I see it, there are two ways of telling Kurogane's story:
1) he returns to Nihon, realises there is something more important to him that he wants to protect, and leaves without returning again.
2) his wish of going home doesn't change throughout the journey, and he doesn't return until the end of the manga.
This seems like some kind of weird "Heya Tomoyo, just dropping by to say hi I'll be back in a while, 'kay bye". Adds nothing to the story. :/
Heh. "Sakura's life is in your hands. You have one chance and if you screw up, it'll all be in vain. But you just go ahead and take your time, Moko-chan. No pressure. <3"
Imaging little!Tomoyo hiding from Kurogane is awfully cute, though.
And now we wait. For three whole weeks. ;__;
