Actually, though, I've never been that much of a Tomoyo+Eriol fan. I dunno, I just never saw the attraction, I guess

Yeah, I'm just as drawn to them as much as SS. I do think they're better then Kaho+Eriol. >.>

I'm strangely more drawn to opposite attracts without even knowing.

Thing is, I am immensely drawn to opposite personalities, :points to siggie: but this couple is so much alike, and it doesn't even bother me. Their personalities are almost identical, and yet, they seem like the perfect couple! I don't know why I'm still attracted to them.

Well, they do have similar objectives. They both love meddling or at the very least, snooping. In other words, they share interests in spying on Sakura and Syaoran.

Opposites attracting is my personal favorite kind of romance too, but for some reason Eriol and Tomoyo are just too good together!
I don't think I've ever met a fan who prefers Eriol and Kaho! Has anyone ever seen any sites that support them?? Not that I mind, but it is rather interesiting that a non-implied couple is put together by the fans. I wonder if CLAMP regrets at all not putting Eriol and Tomoyo together...

I LOVE E&T... All my fanfics are E&T.

But, now I realize something, they are never going to happen, not even in TRC.Â Why?

I have this crazy theory that the father of Sakura in TRC is Eriol.Â And I read some post before in this topic that said that Eriol was the same age as Fujitaka, but he keep himself young, with magic, to help Sakura in CCS (And as I understand Fujitaka and Eriol are parts of Clow is soul, I never read CCS manga)

And it make sense because Fujitaka was the father of sakura in SCC and now in TRC Eriol is the father of Sakura.Â In the end Sakura will always be descendant of CLOW in the spiritual side.

So that is why kurogane is in TRC... to be with Tomoyo...Â I was like, I want to see Tomoyo and Eriol in TRC, but if Eriol is dead there is no reason to continue in hoping that CLAMP made E&T an official couple.

I'm sad...Â That is why we haven't seen Eriol in TRC, he is dead. I'm sad...

Well maybe E&T is never going to be an official couple but I will support them for ever an ever, and they will live in my crazy fan heart.

Hi! This is just a theory. Sakura is dad could be Clow reed. But Yuko keep saying that clow reed die a long time ago. I think it made more sense if Eriol is the father and if you analize the parts in wich appear the father of sakura in TRC they never call him by his name. So we can't know if he is Clow or Eriol.

You have a good point there. They were always watching Sakura and Syaoran no matter what. As for me, I never really pictured them as a couple. I mean they're cute together but I just can't really see it happening.

haha, yes. i wonder as well for that clamp question. I, in my opinion, kinda think that couple is fine together since they aren't coupled in the series at least for CCS. Eriol, however, is supposed to take the part to be Clow's reincarnation and help sakura out and test. Tomoyo, is the one who is overly-obsessed with sakura and filming everything, AND making costumes. They're both quite different personalities... but some say, opposites attract ^_^'' so... i'm saying: ... wait- i'm not sure what im saying... o.O''

He is. Also in the manga version of CCS, Clow Reed was reincarnated into two bodies: Eriol and Fujitaka.

Now that is all clear, let's get back on topic here

Waii! I don't want Tomoyo to be paired with...with....Kuro-chan! Kuro/Fai forever! ANyway, I don't think Tomoyo is and will be romantically be attracted to Kuro-chan. That is just so....well I'm not saying it.

I wish that they'd have Eriol x Tomoyo in TRC though. It'd be made so wonderful then! Those two really belongs together! *starry eyed*

I'm one of the few who actually does not like the idea of Tomoyo and Eriol together. In fact, I very much dislike it. Not that I have any other reason for it than that I can't ever picture Tomoyo loving anyone else than her Sakura-chan, and thus being alone forever.

Well, I think everyone knows that I hate KuroTomo with the firey passion of a thousand suns, so I don't need to give my opinion about that. But, Ando, you are not alone. I don't like Eriol/Tomoyo very much. I've read a few E/T fics, and they just didn't fit. ~~But it doesn't send me into an irrational fan rage mode like KuroTomo does.~~ I'm one of the few fans who kinda liked Eriol/Kaho. They seem to fit together pretty well. I think Eriol and Tomoyo could be good friends, but not really a couple. Tomoyo's too gay and too obsessed with Sakura. I've always seen her very much as one of those CLAMP characters who sadly end up alone, like Nokoru.
